Flagger Certification Course
The American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) Flagger Certification course is required for personnel involved with traffic control safety in highway work zones.
This comprehensive course meets all flagger training qualifications for Delaware, as well as surrounding states including Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
*Note: Maryland Flagger Certification is also available.

Registration & Attendance Policies
Essential Requirements
- Pre-Registration Required: Pre-registration and advance payment are mandatory for all Flagger Certification Courses. We cannot accept walk-ins.
- Non-Refundable Fee: Course fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy: Registrants who miss their scheduled class must call to reschedule their course. Rescheduling is permitted ONE time only.
