Online OSHA 10-Hour Training (Construction or General Industry)

The OSHA 10-Hour Construction and General Industry Training Programs are the primary method used to train workers on hazard recognition, safety awareness and helps each worker recognize and reduce the risks of job site hazards by placing special emphasis on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.

Please complete the registration form to register for an OSHA 10-Hour Construction or General Industry online training course.

Your login credentials and course instructions will be emailed to you after your registration has been submitted. You will receive an email from the Health and Safety Institute with your login, password and link to launch the course. 

Please allow 1 business day to complete your account setup. 

OSHA cards will take 2-4 weeks from the date of completion of your training. Your OSHA card will be mailed directly to you by U.S. mail. It is important that you enter a valid U.S. address or military PO for delivery.
