If you CANNOT make the credit card payment online when registering, you can come in to our office to register and pay cash or check between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. 

This ATSSA Flagger Certification Course is required for personnel that are involved with traffic control safety in highway work zones. It meets all flagger training qualifications for Delaware, in addition to surrounding states such as PA and NJ. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Certification is valid for 4 years.
