If you CANNOT make the credit card payment online at time of registration, we recommend coming in to our office to sign up. 

Course fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. Registrants may reschedule their course up to ONE BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to their original class date.   

This ATSSA Flagger Certification Course is required for personnel that are involved with traffic control safety in highway work zones. Meets all flagger training qualifications for Delaware, in addition to surrounding states such as PA and NJ. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Certification is valid for 4 years.
